Civility in Local Government

This November, FastTrack will focus on the theme of "Civility in Local Government" - with a program of interactive panels designed to give Councillors, CEOs and Directors the strategies, tools and skills to support constructive conversations and good decision making. 

Minister for Local Government, the Hon Melissa Horne, will feature at the event to deliver the key note address and participate in a moderated Q&A with participants. Hear from a line-up of distinguished panellists who will be discussing issues central to the heart of local governance. 

The days program also includes: 

• Managing Difficult Conversations with Constituents and Colleagues 
  Panellists: Cr Nicholas Reece, Deputy Lord Mayor, City of Melbourne, Melissa Scadden, Managing Partner, Justitia Lawyers and Lydia Khalil, Deakin University & Lowy Institute
